How do I place an order?

What are your lead times?
Our lead time is roughly 4-6 weeks dependent on your order. We also offer an express service if you’re in a rush (additional fee will apply).
Can I change the colours, shapes & wording?
Absolutely! All colours, wording and shapes on our semi-custom designs can be changed.

Can I change the fonts?
Fonts on our semi-custom design collections cannot be changed.
How many invitations should I order?
You'll require one invitation per household or couple, not per individual. We suggest ordering at least 10 to 15 extra invitations to accommodate any changes to your guest list, as it often happens!
What is the minimum order qty?
Our minimum order quantity is 30 pieces.
Do you offer a custom design service?
Certainly! We provide a personalized design service for couples seeking something truly distinctive that reflects their story.
When should I send invitations to our guests?
Save the Date cards are usually sent out 6 to 12 months before the wedding. Invitations are usually sent out at least 3 to 4 months before, allotting more time for a destination wedding.
When should I order my on-the-day stationery?
We highly recommend placing your order for day stationery at least 3 months in advance, particularly if your wedding falls within peak season. Once you've placed your order, we'll schedule your design work, and we kindly request that you email us the wording and details no later than 6 weeks before your wedding.
Can you design stationery for any event?
Yes. We can work with you to design invitations and stationery for any event, including engagements, hen parties, birthdays, christenings and baby showers. Please contact us for a quote.
